There are a number of lag fixes around.

I personally am using the original RyanZA lag fix, entered manually on the adb command line.

For anyone else, you have 3x choices.

1. RyanZA’s one click lag fix. I would suggest this as its easiest and it delivers resonable performance without any hassel. For this fix – jump into market and search for “lag fix”.
2. Voodoo lag fix – apparently the fastest fix – but its very ‘new’ and I haven’t bothered with it yet.
3. The external SD card fix – which some people recommend as being really great.  Of course you need an External SD & the install process is quite complicated compared to the others.
